The application called MedMap (hereinafter only "the application") is an application that is designed to support the User in selecting and using drugs during the periods spent abroad.
The information displayed by the application are purely indicative, designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your referring physician, and under no circumstances and in no way can be considered a diagnosis or a substitute for a medical examination.
The traditional medical examination is, in fact, the only diagnostic procedure for effective treatment and any suggestions displayed by the application are to be considered as mere suggestions of behavior, and not to be considered a substitute for a medical examination.
Application developers do not assume any responsibility for any damage suffered by the User after the use of the application itself, nor for the content and information displayed by the application; content and information that:
- are not necessarily comprehensive, complete, accurate or updated;
- does not constitute and substitute any professional, medical or specialistic guidance;
- have no legal value.
Also, application developers do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or update of the information displayed by the application.
The text, information, and data published or accessible through the application have an informative purpose only and does not constitute an official statement.
Also, application developers do not assume any responsibility for the services offered by third parties with whom the application has activated a connection, and for any other content, information or whatever else is published or provided by the third party connected that is contrary to the laws of the Italian Government.
All the information offered will be published in their state of affairs, and as they become available, without there being any guarantee, implicit or explicit: the use of this application is at User's risk.
